Forgive me if this is a dupe. I only finished reading last week's Nation yesterday on the subway (and began this week's this morning). It's an interesting article about how the Repugs are using Dubya to appeal to the hard (-hearted) right, but the women associated with his regime to appeal to more moderate voters with a softer message that, while not directly contradicting Dubya's, isn't quite as strident. Please discuss.

1. They're just doing what soap companies do

...find a bunch of hungry, greedy women who will sell out their sisters by telling companies how to push those mommy buttons to sell more soap. This is no different, it just pays better to shill for the Bush gang.

As always, pointing out the contradictions, distortions, and outright lies will torpedo these ladies against women, just as doing the same is torpedoing their boss.
