Did anyone see Karen Kwiatkowski on Faux News?
From this Salon article, apparently they had her on so that they could turn off her mic and trash her. Did anyone see this? This is the first I've heard of it.

Smearing the messenger
The Bush machine aims its poison darts at another military hero -- Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski.
(snip)
Kwiatkowski's right-wing critics could not challenge her facts, not a single one, so they immediately reached for the tar brush. The Wall Street Journal smeared her as "something of a right-wing crank." Max Boot, a conservative columnist for the Los Angeles Times, trashed her as "flaky." Then Clifford May, a hit man for the Republican National Committee, was given free reign by John Gibson, host of Fox News' "The Big Show," to drag the 20-year Air Force veteran through the mud after Fox turned off her microphone -- one more bold display of the network's commitment to fairness and balance

1. Why does anyone agree to go on Fox?

They will just cut your mic and gang up on you? They are shameless whores and should be ignored and ridiculed.

Just ignore them, don't go on their fucking shows.

2. Hope she gets another gig fairly quickly
where she can tell her story in full.... preferrably on 60 minutes. That would highlight the stupidity and cruelty of Faux.

3. People should refuse to go on Faux at all
when asked about it they should proclaim loudly and proudly that they refuse to go before propogandists.

4. I agree. Boycot Fox News from the top down.
If all non-rightwingers refused to go on that propaganda station, we could starve them into irrelevancy.

7. O'Reilly
He did the same to Jeremy Glick, who lost his father in the 9/11 attacks. Yep, sent him on his way with, "Get out of my studio before I tear you to f--king pieces!"
