Poll question: Now that Mel Gibson says that Bush sucks...
Edited on Mon Mar-15-04 05:27 PM by Bleachers7
Will the freeps stop going to church?

It's tough giving up the Spanish favorite Taco Bell and Jesus all in 1 day.

1. Other.
What do you mean, stop going to church?

How many of them do you think actually attend church?

5. Er, the freepers are boycotting Taco Bell?
Why?

If it has to do with the Spanish elections, that's pretty stupid.
IIRC, Taco Bell is owned by Pepsico.

After making millions upon millions of dollars from likely Bush supporters, he turns on them? I thought he was an Aussie, not an American.
WELL, I'M NO FILM-MAKER BUT I'M HAVING DOUBTS ABOUT KERRY.

Give me 5 minutes with Gibson and he'll change his mind.

Ah! And this one:
To: inkling
Why does ANYONE care?
Anyone who DOESN'T want to see traitor Kerry had better care. Mel Gibson and what he says right now will carry alot of weight with conservative voters.

I am one of Gibson's biggest fans, but he is making a BIG mistake by saying anything negative about President Bush right now. I hope this report is just being blown out of proportion.

9. I know some people who worship Mel right along with Jesus and *.
Did St. Mel denounce his holiness? I want the truth, even though I can't handle the truth.

10. No, but maybe the protestant fundies will be so busy attacking the
catholic fundies that they will forget about the rest of us.

12. If Mel Gibson's movie, The Passion of Christ...
...does gross $500 to $800 million this year as many Hollywood trackers are saying, here is what it will cost Mel in income taxes, if the Bush tax cut of 2003 is not made permanent this year:

Gross Income $500,000,000 Tax Savings: $17,978,788

Gross Income $800,000,000 Tax Savings: $28,798,885

Do you think that range might be significant enough to convert Gibson over to a re-thug?
