W.House Calls on Kerry to Reveal Names of Leaders
By REUTERS

Filed at 5:59 p.m. ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House on Monday said if Democrat John Kerry refuses to name foreign leaders who he says want him to defeat President Bush, then he is probably making it up.

The Republican White House was trying to capitalize on Kerry's recent comment that he had spoken to some foreign leaders who wanted him to beat Bush in the November election and change the course of U.S. foreign policy.

Bush was at odds with leaders of France, Germany, Russia, Canada and other nations during the Iraq conflict because they refused to go along with war. His coalition in favor of war included 34 nations led by Britain, Australia, Italy and Spain, whose pro-U.S. government was toppled in elections on Sunday.

``If Senator Kerry is going to say he has support from foreign leaders, then he needs to be straightforward with the American people and say who it is that he has spoken with and who it is that supports him,'' White House spokesman Scott McClellan told reporters....

PS: What a bunch of friggin' babies those Bushists are!

1. Rove is acting strange
What a weird thing to start obsessing over.

Is there anyone other than the freepers who believes that all foreign leaders support Bush?

7. I wouldn't even say Blair is on Bush's side.
Blair is Bush's ally now because Bush is the President of the US. But I don't think for a second Blair wouldn't rather have Kerry to tail behind. If you're going to be a poodle, it's easier if you're a poodle to a leader the rest of your country likes.

6. You know what's so stupid about this?
Some world leaders just might come out and say it was them. And that won't help Bush's cause.
