Bush later admits it was his advance team. • Bush was for fingerprinting and photographing Mexicans who enter the US. Bush after meeting with Pres. Fox, he's against it. • On Jan 24, 2002, Bush said he would not exploit 9/11 for political purposes, then in the his very first campaign ad for re-election, he uses images of the dead from 9/11. • Bush says he doesn’t go to military funerals so as not to intrude on the privacy of the families, but then uses the flag draped coffins of 9/11 in his re-election campaign invading the privacy of dead civilians.
