Where do these come from?

I've seen it mentioned here that the Hannity/Rush/Glenn Beck type shows get a talking points fax every day. From who? Anyone with any documentation or links about this?

For instance, it's very disturbing for me to hear that Hannity, Rush, Mike Gallagher all discussed the possibility of suspending elections in the event of terror attack within a 1-2 day period. Now the Spanish election is topical, but the issue of suspending US elections does not follow naturally from this. This is very suspicious to me for being a "talking point." Who the hell issues these?

This will get you into the third tier of the Rovian spinning machine. Internal discussions and planning take place behind very closed doors. The second tier is is in the form of of "leaks" and off-the-record conversations with media whores and overt propagandists.
