I have urged others here not to E-Mail Stern simply for "support" letters or anything like that. He gets alot of mail and often people with ideas and things that if they were read on the air would help us, don't get through to Howard because Fred can only read so many.
Any way here is mine. If you haven't heard, Sam Brownback, member of "the fellowship", a group of congress-people living in a fundy-church subsidised housing in DC, wrote Howard's boss Mel Karmazin asking him why he hadn't fired Stern. Brownback recently wrote yet another such letter. Here is my E-mail to Howard.------------------
His opponent, Joan Ruff's, main problem is a money disadvantage. If a million of Howard's fans sent her 5 dollars. Or if even 300,000 of them sent her 10, she would automatically have an even chance if not the upper hand.
Here is her website. And the adress for her online contributions

I believe Howard could make the news and an impact if he went through and told his fans to support the ousting of Brownback like this. He might even want to contact Ruff's campaign. Thanks alot, and Fred I'd like you to please get Howard to at least read this on the air and see how it pans out. Howard's fans making a huge difference monitarily in the presidential election is one thing, but a small state's senate race is quite another. It is possible and it would be sweet justice for Howard to be deathspell of that wingnut Brownback after he tried to strongarm Mel.
