Listening to Ray Taliaferro now!
He is discussing that there is some talk among some Republicans that they maybe talking about bringing somebody to challenge Bush within the Republican Party. He also connects the fact of Colin Powell leaving his post as Secretary of State as a key.

As one asked.

My responce would be why didn't he quite sooner? He was already marginulized. When ever he would say something, the Admin would usualy say exactly the opposit the vary next day.
