Missed 60 minutes but picked up the book on Sat. (was on the bookshelf, I was surprised) and I'm almost done.

It's better than I read on the 60 minutes thread.

He's going to be crucified.

Not only does he trash Bush II but he trashes Bush I and Reagan (to a lesser degree) AND he completely rehabilitates Clinton. Clinton got it right, none of the other three had a clue.

Read it. The parts about Clinton will break your heart (how he was hounded by the right wing loonies). The parts about Bush are just what O'Niell said and more. They are all just fighting the cold war, can't make the switch over.
