Did Clarke dedicate his book to anyone?

Just wondering because he mentioned that he knew people who died in the WTC. So, I wonder if his dedication could give us a hint about his motivation. I don't question his motives, btw. It's just that the dedication could go a long way to shut down the administration's characterizations of Clarke.

"To those who were murdered on
September 11, 2001, including those who
tried to stop it, among them John O'Neill and the
extraordinarily brave passengers on United flight 93,
and to all those they left behind."

This tells it all. I've got goosebumps!
