4. Wouldn't THAT be the icing on the cake

to make this the Week From Hell for ShrubCo.....

(I suspect that he's begging his many corporate donors to make massive cash infusions into the market.)

6. It started up about 1/2 hour before closing.
PPT in action?

They've been falling down on the job recently. I guess they don't want to send good money after bad.

8. Here's hoping
but even so I'll bet we'll still hear plenty about the "encouraging signs".

The economy's robust, you say?
What a coincidence! My doctor told me
I'm robust, too!
He said if I don't make an effort to get less robust and damned soon I could drop dead any day!"

9. Death Count in iraq Closed today 10,064
Isn't it ironic, that the number "could" be that. Maybe, more than
we realize it, the DOW, is a death count.

11. Maybe by Wednesday.
Did it go down on any bad news today, or did * open his piehole again?

It may be below 10K sometime this week.

I really wish it wouldn't, though......

12. 2004 DOW gains are GONE ...
this year's run-up in DOW stock prices have been erased by recent losses according to the stock market reporter on Lou Dobbs ...

an additional 10% drop (DOW 9,000 ??) is being forecast by some analysts ...

funny looking recovery, eh ??
