I have been watching this woman lie through her teeth for this "shaministration" for a long time now, and as a firm "body language says it all" believer, it appears to me that she is walking a tightrope that is starting to unravel. How long does anyone give her before she either:

1. Cracks completely
2. Becomes a liability, so cracks completely and "disappears"

watch one channel at a time. Woke up to Scott, on c-span) doing his damnedest to out talk the press during the WH briefing over Clarkes revelations. He looked a wee bit uncomfortable and slightly agitated. What a fiasco.

16. I saw a clip of her

at the beginning of Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN at 7pm.

They started the show about Clarke's book and the White House's refutations. A clip from sometime earlier today was shown where Condi Rice's voice was quivering and shaking and she was looking wild-eyed and essentially blaming Clarke for every instance of terrorism against the US since he started working for the government (she enumerated them all).

She looked wild-eyed and crazed with anger & fear & something else I can't quite put my finger on. Complicity?

She was, I swear, shaking her head no the entire time, BARELY able to get a cohesive sentence out of her mouth, and looked exhausted.

Oh to be a fly on the wall when she finally caves. Remember...
