Clarke defended Clinton well, said he was damned if he did and damned if he didn't. That in light of what bin Laden had done to that point, Clinton did a lot. But fell short of bombing the training camps because of the Wag the Dog flap from Congress & the media.

Rose simply will not shut up. For every word Clarke speaks, Rose gets 5 in, most of it going after Clinton or defending Bush! He may be playing devil's advocate, but I'd rather hear Clarke. Clarke said the Bush Administration "simply wasn't doing anything."

8. Just finished watching it.

Clarke is ... I've got to just gush with superlatives here .... He's BULLETPROOF, the absolute PARAGON of credibiltiy. His points are POWERFUL, like depleated-uranium shells through a sheet of single-ply Charmin.

I've seen some freepers trying to discredit him, and the best they can do is distort, froth at the mouth, and go straw-man on him. They haven't got anything! It's like they're shooting rubber bands at the U.S.S. Enterprise.

His testimony before the 9/11 commission should be broadcast live on all networks including The Weather Channel, 'cause I feel a new wind blowin', baby!
