The "Little President" toots his horn! - Feel the power Jim?
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1103363/posts

Statement by the founder of Free Republic:

In our continuing fight for freedom, for America and our constitution and against totalitarianism, socialism, tyranny, terrorism, etc., Free Republic stands firmly on the side of right, i.e., the conservative side. Believing that the best defense is a strong offense, we (myself and those whom I'm trying to attract to FR) support the strategy of taking the fight to the enemy as opposed to allowing the enemy the luxury of conducting their attacks on us at home on their terms and on their schedule.

Therefore, we wholeheartedly support the Bush Doctrine of pre-emptive strikes on known terrorist states and organizations that are believed to present a clear threat to our freedom or national security. We support our military, our troops and our Commander-in-Chief and we oppose turning control of our government back over to the liberals and socialists who favor appeasement, weakness, and subserviency. We do not believe in surrendering to the terrorists as France, Germany, Russia and Spain have done and as Kerry, Kennedy, Clinton and the Democrats, et al, are proposing.

As a conservative site, Free Republic is pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-Constitution, pro-Bill of Rights, pro-gun, pro-limited government, pro-private property rights, pro-limited taxes, pro-capitalism, pro-national defense, pro-freedom, and-pro America. We oppose all forms of liberalism, socialism, fascism, pacifism, totalitarianism, anarchism, government enforced atheism, abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, racism, wacko environmentalism, judicial activism, etc. We also oppose the United Nations or any other world government body that may attempt to impose its will or rule over our sovereign nation and sovereign people. We believe in defending our borders, our constitution and our national sovereignty.

Free Republic is private property. It is not a government project, nor is it funded by government or taxpayer money. We are not a publicly owned entity nor are we an IRS tax-free non-profit organization. We pay all applicable taxes on our income. We are not connected to or funded by any political party, news agency, or any other entity. We sell no merchandise, product or service, and we offer no subscriptions or paid memberships. We accept no paid advertising or promotions. We are funded solely by donations (non tax deductible gifts) from our readers and participants.

We aggressively defend our God-given and first amendment guaranteed rights to free speech, free press, free religion, and freedom of association, as well as our constitutional right to control the use and content of our own personal private property. Despite the wailing of the liberal trolls and other doom & gloom naysayers, we feel no compelling need to allow them a platform to promote their repugnant and obnoxious propaganda from our forum. Free Republic is not a liberal debating society. We are conservative activists dedicated to defending our rights, defending our constitution, defending our republic and defending our traditional American way of life.

Our God-given liberty and freedoms are not negotiable.

May God bless and protect our men and women in uniform fighting for our freedom and may God continue to bless America.

Jim Robinson

5. That's what I was thinking! "That's IT?"
He didn't say ANYTHING.

At least he didn't want to kill liberals this time... he sounds rather despondent.

6. May God continue to bless America?
Edited on Tue Mar-23-04 11:22 AM by JohnyCanuck
If this is how God blesses America, pray you don't get on God's bad side. He ships off your decent paying jobs overseas. He allows the worst attack on your country since Pearl Harbor. He gives you a President that's so clueless he starts and illegal war by invading and attacking an innocent country in reprisal. This illegal war causes the death of almost 600 US servicemen and the wounding and maiming of thousands others. It also causes the death of 10,000 innocent Iraqi civilians and riles up the Arab/Muslim peoples' anger and thereby almost guarantees creating more terrorists to attack US interests again in the future. At the same time the God ordained president starts stripping Americans of the civil liberties they've enjoyed for 200+ years.

Wow if this is the result of God's continued blessing of America, just how much more of it can you take?

7. This is a standard reaffirmation
Such things are brought about when a group is dealt a strong blow. Minds can shift belief during times of such shaken belief. When such shifts occurr it is necissary to reaffirm the beliefs. If not the people may well find new ways of thinking. They may break free of the mindset they are tied to. This is confirmation of a crisis of faith within Freeper central. They are taking on water fast. They are losing cohesion. Their leaders are ordering them to stick together exactly because they are coming apart.

10. I love vague ideals like these.
Edited on Tue Mar-23-04 11:40 AM by tjwash
pro-God, pro-life, pro-family
This trinity always seems to be together. God it seems, does not like women at all, and when the men are not to be using them as brood mares, they better be tending to the family, or cooking their husband something for dinner, right? God is very corporal and capital punishment too it seems, so you know what the consequences of the woman not listening to their man will be.

pro-Constitution
 What are you? freakin' STUPID or something?

pro-Bill of Rights, pro-gun
Those two are the same thing aren't they?

pro-limited government
The chimp has the government invading our privacy more and more everyday. HEY! How about a constitutional amendment on who the government deems worthy to be married?

pro-capitalism
As long as it's offshore capitalism right? You said it,not me. You are for giving your job away overseas to someone in India or China. Have fun at your next minimum wage mcjob, as they are definitely "capitalizing" on people like you right now.

pro-national defense
He's stripping national defense as we speak, and don't get me going on how they are shafting the veterans. Although, it's not like we are in any danger of having a freeper actually JOIN the military though.

pro-freedom, and-pro America
 Uggh, nothing angers me more than when some wing-nut nitwit, hijacks my beloved countries values, and uses them as a rallying cry for intolerance and bigotry. I have an idea. Since you are always telling everyone who is not in lockstep with your very narrow viewpoints to leave America , why don't YOU leave. There are PLENTY of countries that are just to the right as you are. Hell, you can go to Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt just to name a few. There they have the exact mindset you are preaching to us about.

11. Heh. Lookit Jim tapdance
Gotta preserve that cashcow. FR had an alarming drop in its fortunes during the runup to 2000. The pinheads masses were already fractious over their support for their favored candidates (sound familiar?) and Jimbo weighed in with a series of posts exposing Bush as the sociopathic boob that he is. Shit hit the fan. Bigtime, as the real prez is wont to say. Now here he is, having to stand on the other side of the line drawn in the sand. Though, you'll note that his explicit support is limited to Dubya's war on turrah -- he's finessing. He knows what an incompetant asshole the boy emperor is.

13. Rim Job needs to do some not too difficult research...
"We do not believe in surrendering to the terrorists as France, Germany, Russia and Spain have done."

I'm sure most, if not all of the above countries have troops in Afghanistan.....actually putting their lives on the line and in some cases dying, to try to sort out a country that most Americans have all but forgotten about......including it seems, Mr. RimJob.
