CNN Poll: Could the US have done more to prevent the 9/11 attacks
link: www.cnn.com

doesn't seem that the poll needs much DUing. 70% said yes when I last checked

1. That's a trick question.
It should say "Bush administration" instead of "US."

5. but our War President is pointing constantly out that 9/11 happened
during his watch. I hope that a lot of people think the same way and thinking US on 9/11 = Bush

There will be, of course, always liars and idiots who'd rather blame Clinton.

2. This presents a problem for the Freepers
If they vote "yes" will people understand that they mean that it was Bill Clinton who didn't do enough? Will people think they are criticising their "beloved leader" W?

If they vote "no," doesn't that mean that they think Bill was doing a good job?

It's a terrible position this poll creates for the Freepers!

4. Two ways you can read the poll
I bet if the result is 70% the US could do better then CNN will spin it as Clinton could have done better. If it is 70% no the US couldn't have done better then CNN will spin it to say see Bush did as much as he could and the people agree.

7. CNN has been VERY critical of the commission thus far
I think they've had enough. I think that they know that the mass media, along with everyone else in the country, was sold an awful lie on 9/11 and they cannot, in good conscious, allow that to go on. Yes, I am aware of all the problems with the corporate media and how tied they are to the Bush Administration, but there comes a point when the charade cannot continue. I think that point is easily reached with the murder of 3,000 American citizens.
