Editor needs a talking too -- says OBL fan of Kerry
Saw this story and thought this editor might benefit from a few phone calls. His name is Michael Ryan, and he could be reached at 706-823-3366.

The Augusta Chronicle refused demands Friday that it apologize for an editorial page cartoon.
The cartoon shows a news anchorman reading a script who says: "Sen. Kerry claimed he has spoken to several foreign leaders who privately support him, but he refused the White House's request to identify them citing confidentiality reasons. ... In other news, Osama bin Laden has released another videotape ..." Pictured on the screen next to the anchorman is a bearded man with a turban and an automatic rifle holding a sign that reads, "Vote Kerry! (Call me, John. We need to talk.)"

Editorial Page Editor Michael Ryan said he would "no sooner apologize for an opinion than we would ask Mr. Greenbaum to apologize for his. To me, this cartoon is merely saying that terrorists would rather have John Kerry to deal with than George W. Bush. And I think that's not only a legitimate opinion but one that is borne out by the facts."

1. Has Mr. Ryan been informed that Kerry was pushing antiterrorism measures
for over a decade?

Kerry wrote the book on terrorism and its funding by international governments and organizations in 1997.

If Ryan is too under-informed to know that then he is too under-informed to put his opinion in PRINT.

7. The editor didn't read the book or Bush?
I doubt that iether one of them ever read it.

Kerry WROTE the book on terrorism and its funding in 1997 and how much would you bet that Bush the dictatortot never even read it?

2. According to this statement by terrorists, they want Bush
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story2&u=/nm/20040317/wl_nm/security_spain_truce_dc&e=2&ncid=721

(2nd paragraph)

WE WANT BUSH TO WIN

The statement said it supported President Bush (news - web sites) in his reelection campaign, and would prefer him to win in November rather than the Democratic candidate John Kerry (news - web sites), as it was not possible to find a leader "more foolish than you (Bush), who deals with matters by force rather than with wisdom."

In comments addressed to Bush, the group said:

"Kerry will kill our nation while it sleeps because he and the Democrats have the cunning to embellish blasphemy and present it to the Arab and Muslim nation as civilization."

"Because of this we desire you (Bush) to be elected."

The group said its cells were ready for another attack and time was running out for allies of the United States.

"Whose turn is it next? Will it be Japan or America, or Italy, Britain or Oslo or Australia?" the statement said, adding Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were also targets.

The group is named after Muhammed Atef, also known as Abu Hafs, a close bin Laden aide killed in the U.S.-led war in Afghanistan (news - web sites).

5. Of course they want Bush. Al-Qaeda would LOVE we Americans
to taste the Tyranny we sponsor all over the world.

And we are: 2000 established that this crop of Bushevik Monsters values American Citizens equivalent with Salvadorans, Chileans or Iraqis. It also established that they will do what the CIA did in these countries (the less violent parts of it, I hope) to defraud voters.

I think that OBL and his vile boys know exactly that...and this letter (if it is real and not a CIA-produced fruad) bears that out.
