Does Bill Richardson ever tell the truth?
It seems like every time I see him on one of the cable news shows, he is covering for the repukes or praising free trade with that "win-win, it lifts all boats" crapola. He was at it again tonight on Tweety. Did anyone hear him say "Bush might have spent too much time on Iraq" in a cavalier sort of way then move on?

Maybe I just catch him at the wrong times, but he sounded just like a repuke during the NAFTA debates in 1993 and still does today.

2. I had a call
and missed some of his segment. That makes it even worse than I thought.

Remember when Gore Vidal was mocking tweety on a CPAN show? That was hilarious.

8. I've hated his doughy little face
...since he was in the House. I swear, as many times as I've said that I would vote for the ticket no matter what...he would be a bad, bad pill to swallow.

5. I'm not a big Richardson fan although I voted for him here in NM...

I think he's a bit too "Republican lite" for my tastes. First thing he did was lower taxes on the top rates.....lots of new tzxes, however, on the poor slobs in nursing homes, though....higher car fees, etc. Pulling the same thing Christie Whitman did when I lived in NJ.....this is NOT progressive taxation....

I'm pretty disgusted...

6. Richardson
I saw him on faux when nyc had a blackput, Greg Palast was on and kicked his ass and called him a liar. I think he's trying to appear as not a bomb thrower, you know moderate so no one can call him a lefty, like thats a bad thing. I have no respect for him and there is no way in hell he'll be on the ticket.

7. Yeah, he balanced our budget on the backs of the poor.
Keeps trying to attract more industry to NM by giving them tax breaks(have you heard that song before?)He spent oodles and gobs of state "development" money with a big NAFTA conference at the local college. Mexican businessmen and women in their $1000 suits and Mercedes cars,,,what NM will get is some clerk jobs selling Mexican imports. (Almost got arrested PROTESTING!!)

His opponent and the former governor were SOOOO bad, we held our noses to vote for Richardson.

One half-way good thing: nobody got bumped off Medicaid, but their deductibles and co-pays for drugs went up, unless they are rock-bottom-almost-living-in-a-car poor.

Pass him by. He's a corporate shill.
