And Lieberman does seem determined to do whatever it takes to re-select w.

1. Actually . . . he's trying to win by connecting with the middle to

conservative side of the party. Plus, he wants to engage the middle class swing voters he needs to get elected.

I can't fault his motives . . . but I think he's gone too far to the right.
