The big question is, did anybody lie under oath?
Rummy, Powell and Wolfie testified today. Were they sworn in? If so, will it come back to haunt them? I've heard that all of them, at one time or another, were on the outs, ready to be served up as sacrificial lambs for the lack of WMDs. Is this their farewell? Both Powell and Rumsfeld have been pegged as "retiring" if Bush gets a second term.

Just a thought.

2. Get with the program, Harry
Lying about war is patriotic.

Lying about love is an impeachable offense.

4. Rummie and Powell lied several times
Didn't listen to Wolfie.

If I can find a transcript, I'll pull them out and post.

8. You are wrong on one point
They ARE, in fact, capable of telling the truth, but choose not to, despite the consequences, which are considerable! .:evilfrown:

If the were incapable of telling the truth, they would have an illness . Though still dangerous, they would deserve at least some measure of pity.

As they ARE capable of knowing the truth and telling the truth, but choose not to, they are truly moral hypocrites, evil, and deserving of NO measure of pity, nada, not one!

9. Then how can Clinton's "sex-lie" even compare?
They all said that it wasn't the act itself, but rather that he "lied under oath." If these clowns are doing it, too, then haven't they hung themselves?
