Clark VS Clarke
Wes Clark: Four star general and former Democratic presidential candidate

Richard ClarkE: Former White House terrorism advisor who is at the center of a 9-11 firestorm, author of the new book "Against All Enemies."

This is one of those Bob KerrEy vs John Kerry things I wish people would get a handle on...

6. Hey, Teddy_Salad:
Doesn't this sound familiar? Was coffee the cure? Anyhow, what really bugs me is when people are thinking "Clark" instead of "Clark." I mean, before I have my coffee, I have the urge to just shake them! What are they thinking? They don't have to say a word .... I just KNOW... and I just go BESERK!!!!

7. So that's why ...
... Olde Englishe has so many trailing "e"s ... to avoid getting the
names wrong they just kept adding an "e" to everythinge ... ooopse.

8. Fortuitious confusion?
In the past I've noticed how some names appear to be synchronistic.
This has resulted in topical searches returning a load of "misleading"
trails and serves to obscure the real subjects by decreasing the signal
to noise ratio.

Anna Lindh (assassinated Swedish politician)
John Lindh (American "Taliban" fighter)

David Kelly (UK scientist)
David Kelley (US spokesman)

John Scarlet (head of JIS)
Scarlet Johannson (suddenly popular actress)

Wes Clark (US general)
Richard Clarke (US politician)

..

Weird isn't it?!
