McVeigh would be an "irrelevance" and would have most likely been allowed to skate free, a la the Anthrax Killer. Keep in mind, when Oklahoma City first happened, Steve Emerson and the usual suspects were accusing "Middle East terrorists" before any evidence was gathered. Chimpy would not have been interested in evidence, and he would have allowed the real perps to escape.
