Go ahead.
This is the most important episode in American history, and if Clarke committed perjury today like you want gullible Americans to believe then have Ashcroft file charges against him.

2. I don't think she has the courage to file charges |
|
only to find out that Clarke was right. That would be even more embarrassing for the cabal.

5. Heh...well then SURELY they must INSIST perjury charges be filed on Clarke |
|
After all, wouldn't lying about 9-11 be more important than lying about an affair?
Surely the Republicans must be concerned that Clarke will get away with lying under oath.
Condi must not waste time by saying his testimony is "scurrilous" and go right to charging Clarke with perjury.

6. She said that she'd love to testify, |

but it's a matter of "principle". Excuse me, but I didn't know they had any.

Eggzactly.
And now it's more important then ever for Condi not to go under oath. Can you imagine the questions that would be asked? Would Condy commit perjury under oath? I think that would be too much for even for Condi.
