He has to waive the separation of powers clause. He refuses to do that unlike other presidents who have done that willingly.

The commission is a Presidential commission, same branch of government as the President.
NOT a Congressional investigation.Different branch.
Bush is ORDERING all to stonewall.

6. The administration that wants to... |
|
...amend the Constitution suddenly wants to stand firm on a "Constitutional principle" as Condi calls it and not allow the National Security Advisor to testify on a matter of huge importance in our nation's history.
No, I'm sure they have nothing to hide.

8. No, not Bush, Cheney and the cabal don't want her to testify |
|
she tends to make mistakes. She is not considered a good liar. She can't lie because of the oath require. She spoke to the Commission in private, not under oath. These sessions are now under oath.

9. Commissions Say She Was A Great Witness |
|
I really don't understand why she would take herself to Faux and not to the Hearing Room. Who is advising the Security Advisor? It must be her Boss.
That is the problem. How can he advise anyone!
