Clarke is great -- so sincere and articulate. AND, he's a Republican.

As for credibility, I would take a civil servant with a 30 year career over a man who doesn't even have 20 years of sobriety under his belt any day.

How in the green earth did they not prepare for this?
They knew it was coming. Perhaps No One at the WH reads...

Amazing interview, and Gross was obviously impressed (and a bit out of her league, surprizingly) and was smart enough to let him say what he had to say.

So glad I clicked and listened. There is so much info in this interview that I was not aware of before.

Plus, he said what I've been saying all along. The "Wag the Dog" title belongs to Bush, not Clinton.
