5. It's a dead issue.
The House failed to get enough votes to put it on the ballot.

3. It's about time
It's about time the DFL grew a spine. After allowing the passage of conceal/carry, a 24 hour waiting period, mandatory abortion "education", and other major portions of the Repug agenda, I'm glad to see they can still fight back.

Timmy's a weasal. He's more dangerous than most repugs becuase he appears so likable. Classic wolf in sheep's clothing.

4. Oh my. Those Senators must all be criminal lovers who are against justice
And think only murderers have rights, and not their victims. </sarcasm>

7. That is GREAT news!
Maybe the states are finally realizing they should not be in the killing business...."Why do we kill people who kill people to prove that it is wrong to kill people"?

BTW....I took the candidate survey while I was at the sight. Results were mostly not surprising (except the Ralph Nader result)!

I agree with the 5 candidates in the race as follows:

John Kerry - 71.0%
Ralph Nader - 71.0% (???)
Dennis Kucinich - 64.0%
Al Sharpton - 50.0%
George Bush - 00.0% (!!!!!!!)
