I just sent him scathing one, and I happen to live in North Georgia, sorry to say, so does he!

This ------ was just on Inside Politics today and said how he could never support Kerry, and was supporting Bush this fall.

He said his biggest opjection was Kerry's vote against the $87 billion. Well, I told him that I was aginast it too, because I didn't feel it was being spent properly. Well, it turned out that it wasn't! And then, dear Halliburton says they can't re-pay the USA for their overcharges because they might go bankrupt. WELL, isn't that just too damn bad!

He said lots of Democrats will be voting for Bush this fall! Please send him a note telling him what an idiot he is. ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN GEORGIA!!!!!!!!!!

You have broken my heart by your desertion of the party of Jefferson, Jackson, FDR, Truman, JFK, Jimmy Carter, and Bill Clinton and your humiliating and degrading embrace of the party of Nixon and the Bushes. If I could recall all the votes I cast for you over the years, I'd do it gladly. All those primaries, all those general elections, all those wasted votes. Richard Clarke and others in the Bush administration are standing up for our country and our troops. They are coming forward, despite abuse from White House staff, to testify to the truth.

You, however, are not. You have let George Bush run and hide from the 9/11 commission and duck his responsibility to us. You have allowed him to mislead and start an unnecessary war. Instead of rising to praise Richard Clarke, a man who has served us faithfully for decades, you are campaigning for his abuser.

You have assisted George Bush in not just spending the budget surplus which he was touting before he got into office, but in saddling us and our children with massive debt, while at the same time voting to decrease your own tax responsibility.

Frankly I think the rebuilding of Iraq should be paid for with the personal fortunes of those of you who destroyed it without good reason. (I know that wouldn't be enough but it would be a start).

Last night your leader engaged in a comic skit about searching for weapons of mass destruction in his office.Did you think it was funny?

I thought it was about as funny as it would have been to watch FDR doing a comic routine about Pearl Harbor in December 1941, while tapping sounds from sailors trapped inside sunken ships could still be heard by their would-be rescuers.

Please let me know in writing about the number of visits you have been making to the wounded. I am sincere in assuming that you have been very active doing this and I would like to find some aspect of your service as senator to respect.

Certainly this is not a letter of praise but my disappointment is real and I want to let you know.
