How well is "Against All Enemies" selling in your area of the US

I picked one up after work yesterday at a Borders in a suberb of Cincinnati. There are only five such books left in the store.

Sold out completely as of yesterday. Will have new load in a few days. I was surprised .... we are in RED STATE territory. Haven't check B & N or other larger stores - plan to this weekend.

I'm a librarian. I ordered the book sight unseen in advance of publication simply by looking at the subject, who the author was and the size of the first print run. I'm glad I did but now I have to go out to our local Borders and get at least one more copy. Our wholesaler is already backordered.

17. When I first made my library request for a hold

I was 20 of 26 with 26 on order. Right now, I'm 20 of 109 holds. And I live in a fairly conservative county west of Denver. I should be in the first wave and can hardly wait.

12. Fayetteville, AR...none to be had at B & N nor local bookstore,

haven't checked the UA bookstore....I have a copy on my desk today!
It was the last one on Wednesday night.

I found 3 copies back in current events area. When I went up to purchase it the was a display of about 10-12 books on the counter.
I thought it was cool they had them right there. I have never seen any of the right wing books on the counter.

A friend of mine who manages an independent bookstore says all his anti-Bush titles are selling like hotcakes. The official best-seller list doesn't include the Clarke book yet but that's because there's a bit of lag time.

I expect it'll be a hot item for some weeks.

By the way, the area in question is Northern Virginia/Montgomery County, MD/Washington, DC.

can't find a copy anywhere yet. Not at the Borders stores (sold out), not Barnes & Noble (same thing). I'll check non bookstore venues such as Target I guess. My area is Raleigh, NC.
