Has Condi "testified"?

I am in an argument with a wingnut. He says she testified in Feb. before the panel in private.
I see articles saying she "met" with them.

Has she actually given sworn testimony before the committee?

1. To testify is to be under oath

she has not sworn an oath to tell the truth the whole
truth and nothing but the truth like Rummy, Powell ,
Clarke , Berger , Albright ,etc.

She has met privately with the 2 chairmen of the
Commission without swearing an oath .

Like having a bit of tea together with her telling them everything. No feed back or hands on Bible.

She was not under oath.

is under oath and she will not submit to that.
