I don't just want Bush* to lose the election I want incarceration for the entire Bush* Cabal for all the pain and misery they have inflicted upon the world. They have committed a great multitude of crimes and I just don't want them to walk off scott free. I know I should be just glad they will be gone but I'm not gunna be happy unless they are tried as the criminals they are just so they may think twice before they try and pull the same BS on America again. Is that being Greedy? If so then I plead guilty as charged.

I don't think it's greedy to want to see the evildoers rightly punished.

if they don't do prison time. I think you are correct.
no offense meant to pennies, or anyone named Penny. No pennies were harmed in the typing of the post - just some bandwidth.

4. I don't particularly agree ... |

I believe that judicial action for crimes (punishment) should be concerned with reform and preventing the injustice from happening again, not with the government doling out punishment.
I see no reason why the same should not be applied to Bush and the rest of the administration. I think a fine resolution would be: 1) Bush loses the election. 2) The public realizes the horrors of the administration, and everyone generally recognizes him as the worst president ever. 3) Something (either via general public ideology shift or via law) is put into place to prevent this from happening again.

5. They've been voted out before |

Well a lot of them are throwbacks to the administration of George I.
Perhaps electing a president who will both expose them and enact transparency and accountability in the executive branch could be the wooden stake that keeps them in the grave.
I know Carter lamented that he was not permitted to name even one cabinet member of his own. I must assume it was similar for Bush. Expose the "selection process". It may not be much fun for the party machine's of either party, but it would be good for America.

The Bush administration needs to be not just defeated, but discredited and disgraced as well.
