We saw this today on page 2A of USA Today, in an article about pet owners taking their pets everywhere.

And I would have thought that no matter who was holding him. Bush just doesn't know dogs.

No wonder the poor thing looks unhappy. It's like picking up a baby human by the scruff of its neck.

7. He doesn't hold an animal properly

most likely he's holding that poor dog by the armpits out of spite. A dog and cat are uncomfortable when held that way. But then he probably has to hold the dog's feet away from him or the dog would dig frantically to get away.

I swear it looked like he was trying to tie poor Spotty in a knot, her legs were so tangled up.

Perhaps Junior got used to holding Barney like a squeeze-toy when he was a tiny puppy -- and he hasn't clued in that Barney is now much heavier, and being dangled like that kind of hurts!

14. as usual, it is not about the dog or anything to do with the dog and the

relationship with Bush. It is all about Bush. He uses this dog, like he uses the troops.
