1. Well done.

Images of soldiers in Iraq ran through my mind every time the media replayed video of Bush having his little joke about not being able to find WMD anywhere. The video you provided a link to puts in to form what have been my thoughts about Bush's WMD jokes.

Anyway, I emailed the URL of the video to that jackass Zell Miller since he recently expressed disbelief that his hero, George W. Bush, joked about WMD. The following is what I wrote to Miller...

http://www.blah3.com/joke.html

Is that real enough for you, Sargeant?

Maybe the next time you carry water for George W. Bush, you will remember how he had a hearty laugh about the WMD that men have gone to their deaths in search of.

2. Thank you for that.
In light of everything we now know from O’Neil to Kaye to Clarke and the * administration’s reactions and posturing, I am deeply offended by the callous and arrogant mockery of their “humor” at this event.

They are either insane or totally arrogant to parade this mockery in front of the press. Not that the press would cover it. (that’s another rant.) Either way, it’s disgusting and shameless and very telling. The chimp can send our sons and daughters off to die because of phantom WMD threats and he can make light of it in an “Oops, I goofed” satire.

Frankly, it makes me sick. I want to barf the Patriot Act and all the things he has corrupted in my country from my system to my country. Who the hell elected him emperor? Nobody. It was poppa doc’s SC that selected him.

Slaughter for oil.

F*ck them all.

3. Even worse, the jokes were not off the cuff...
Those WMD jokes the president told were written, cleared, and uttered.

4. Well, you know how comedy is
sometimes jokes just fall flat <--- That was actually one of their talking point. Well, he's not supposed to be a comedian. He's supposed to be president of the freakin' United States!

Great work as always, AS! I really shows how callous those words are.

11. And they are part of a pattern
of callous arrogance. Recall:

"Please don't kill me" mocking Karla Faye Tucker before she was executed

"Feels good" while pumping his fist, when asked how he felt about the launch of Iraq invasion

"Bring it on."

"I'm worried about my job too" trying to make a joke out of a citizen's concern about jobs (no one in the audience laughed).

"Do you think the American people are going to turn to a Democrat now?" gleefully crowing to reporters at the conclusion of the FIRST Gulf War.

A man who lacks the judgment to realize how grossly inappropriate such statements are, should not be trusted to make decisions which affect the lives of millions.

5. Take your act on the road
motherfucker. Preferably Baghdad.

David Corn of The Nation also mentioned another photo that drew yuks from the Nazis in attendance.....a photo of Rove and Card in full body armor.

Pelosi pissed me off with her lame "laughing out of politeness" excuse.

Thanks AS for further exposing what a sick, sad bastard Dim Son truly is.

14. One small criticism...
Edited on Sat Mar-27-04 06:47 PM by wyldwolf
..and this is just my opinion...

I think the images should have been more graphic.

More soldiers with missing limbs.

Flag-draped coffins.

Dead Iraqi civilians.

Otherwise, another brilliant piece.
