Did Bush and/or Cheney testify under oath?

I know Bush only talked to them privately, right? Was that under oath or no?

Did Cheney talk to them at all? Even privately?

I'm not sure whether Clinton and Gore will go under oath but they will be questioned by the entire Commission for as long as necessary.

He can spare one hour of his time. What would happen, if Bush decided to go under oath and in public? Would his ratings shoot up or down?

...would testify PUBLICLY! They could drive a stake through the NeoCons. It would also put pressure on cheney* and bush*....
