Nastiest thing I found doing some volunteer garbage collection for an old employer that adopted a stretch of highway. The weird thing, it was in the greensward between the highway insersection and the on-off ramps.

How it got there I have no idea, however I hope it didn't ultimately involed a jaws-of-life extraction further down the road.
