He is going on about the David Kay quote of no WMD. He is saying that if one is to quote Kay he needs to have the entire thing not just a portion of the quote. No WMD, but he is more dangerous than we thought. My question to Sen. Bennett (R) UT is this, did we invade because he was a non-WMD possessing danger or did we invade because he had WMD regardless of his intent?

The whole case for war was WMD possession. UN Resolution 1441 was based on this. This is why the UN SC did not approve a war with Iraq, because there were no WMD. Using Bennett's logic, Spain and especially France are really dangerous and need to be invaded.
