I don't like the condiliar deal for this reason
If she testifies rhe commision gives up the right to question any other wh officials. What happens if she drops a bombshell, or accidently lets something slip? It can't be followed up on, I'd renege on this deal so fast, the pressure to have her testify is enough to force the lying slut into the hearing, no deals were needed.
I think we may have gotten fucked here.

2. I hope the sharp minds at central air
tear this deal a new one. Who ever did this ought to be investigated themselves.

4. Yeah, totally ridiculous.
Means they can't follow up on anything else publically. Great.

5. I actually think it's a good thing
Look what happened with Clarke. After his testimony, the WH was practically begging to testify to refute his statements. So let Condi testify. Then let all others testify, also. Just no more WH spinmeisters.

6. Clarke was telling the truth, Condi, hmm, I don't think so.
They are still going to flood the talk shows even if they no longer testify.

With this deal Condi can blame someone, something else and there can be no followup. While she, Bush, and Cheney can spin all over the media dials.

The WH WAS NOT begging to testify after Clarke. They only wanted to attack in non-oath forums.
