3. Getting that asshole out of the White House
Apologies for swearing, but that's my goal and therefore it's a damn strong influence on my vote.

4. It's the assault on Democracy itself, for me.
I fear that the war against Iraq, the war against terra, and the loss of jobs are mere distractions so that the public, dazed and confused, doesn't notice as the past century of progress is rolled back, and Democracy itself is disassembled.

7. I'll second that
Fascism has definetely taken a strong hold in this current regime. Like Jim Hightower likes to say though, it's not over in Nov. when we win. It's going to feel so good to stop huring that we may think that's all we have to do. But it's not, we have 4 years of the worst looting and corporate power grabbing to undo. We got our work cut our for us.

If you love this country then you have to be in it for the long haul, and it's not going to be pretty.

Sonia

8. Neither of those: it's ...
getting the Bushistas out of office. There can be no one big issue, because the Busheviks have screwed things up in so many different areas.
