Just heard on AM Radio that Bush* and Cheney will have to appear in
front of entire commission in public instead of just the chairman and deputy chair that they first limited themselves to. Also there will be no time constraints. Bush* first said he would appear in front of the chairman for one hour for a chat. Now I just heard that the whitehouse has backtracked and will now appear in front of entire commission in public testimony. This should really be good.

1. I heard differently....
that Bush and Cheney would appear together in front of the commission in private. I guess Uncle Dick will be there to hold Chimp's hand.

4. Public or private, if they're not sworn in it's a waste of time and money.

2. Oh, Sweet Jesus, is this true?
I'd seen elsewhere that the commission had caved to the White House's "Condi ONLY" conditions. I hope this is what's true. Hoping. PRAYING.

3. It may not be the end yet
I'm not sure how the Commission is going to schedule Condi's testimony, but if they do it early enough, and it is as damaging as it should be, the commission and the public could easily pressure them into PUBLIC testimony. I know its unprecedented, but consider the event in question.

5. I don't want the commission; I do want the commission; I won't
testify; I will testify for just one hour; I will testify for however long it takes; I will only testify before the Chair and Vice Chair; I will testify before the entire commission.

And I will spend millions trying to convince you that John Kerry flip flops.

6. But Remeber
A majority of the american public seems to be very easy on Bush. Just him appearing in public to testify is enough to satisty these people to just say "well there you go, he did what you wanted, see you people were all wrong about him". They dont care about what he says.. the details..

Is it true that Bush has gone up in the poles, someone relayed a message to me saying this, do you know if this is true.

Im still crossing my fingers, and hoping we get them good though.

9. Their conditions say...Condi will testify but just once...and NO other
white house officials will be called to testify...so if she goes first..the rest won't have to because of the agreement.

Clever thugs...aren't they?

8. Blitzer had it on a noon---they will appear TOGETHER now and in
private and not under oath. In a word, sports fans, that's the deal they were trying to get with the Rice thing. They desperately don't want Bush alone in front of this commission. They no he's an idiot and they don't want these people to hear it even in private---one of them might 'leak' you know.
