2. I like it.
We need a coordinated attack on the bush administration, and support for the Kerry campaign.Edwards has a unique ability to reach many different groups with a winning message. I can't wait to see him.

3. Yes, this is great...
Edited on Tue Mar-30-04 05:14 PM by Blasphemer
The party finally seems to be getting it together. The amount of Democratic responses to the misadventures of Bushco has sharply increased. Plus, so far, they've also managed to do so without seeming overtly partisan.

4. Kerry wont vp him
- He's too good looking and straight talking.
And what self-respecting human would choose Wolf Warmonger Blitzer to speak too?

And the party is far from having its s**t together. the DLC and its corporate sponsers are very happy though... makes me want to Ralph.

6. Sorry, I saw Ralph and went nuts. Go Kerry/Edwards.

Ralph, as in hurl, not Nader. My bad. Had too much Bush/Condi mushing my brains today.

Edited to make coherent - I hope.

11. Fucking Nader tools.
You guys pretend that you and your saint are not entrenched to corporations. That just shows how ignorant you are. Ask Ralph what stocks he holds.

Ralph is a Republican operative pulling the corporate wool over your eyes.

9. I believe...
...if he handles WolfieWhore really well, it'll definitely add to his growing VP goodness. Maybe, like an above poster said, it's being treated like a little audition. Expect Edwards at his best today, folks.

Later.

17. Wolfie's being his typical whore, and Edwards...
...is valiantly defending Kerry (war hero, decades in the Senate, etc.) and the Clinton administration.

Wolf said with a straight face, "Clinton had eight years to do something!" Edwards stressed that it was a top priority.

And yes, John Edwards makes me grin every time I see him. Hell, whenever I hear the opening drum beats of "Small Town," I think Edwards, and I smile.

19. Good bits...
Bushco focused on issues unrelated to terrorism before 9/11. Not the priority with Bushco that it was with the Clinton Admin. Talked about a meeting with Sandy Berger when he said that Al Quaeda and Terrorism were the most serious threats to the country, he recognized the urgency as did Clinton Admin but Bush did not. Also said that Clarke is right that Iraq has hurt the war on terrorism because of the way that Bushco has gone about it. Doesn't regret his vote on the war and agrees that world is better off without Sadaam. Also said that the Bush camapign is spending millions of dollars to attack a War hero and defended Kerry's vote on the 87 billion.

18. Edwards v cheney in a debate
creates a stark contrast in images for the undecided voters. Edwards appears young, charismatic, and eloquent; cheney is crusty, repulsive, and has the charm of mutant Nixon-Agnew slime. Again, I think very highly of Clark -- he was my favorite of the democrats. But Edwards is a serious force to be considered for VP!

22. Fantastic...especially on the tax issue...
Wolf trying to get him to admit that Kerry would raise taxes but he zeroed in on the fact that Bush is giving tax breaks to the wealthy and Kerry is against that.
