5. The day Saddam was captured

a neighbor high-tailed it back to Iraq. He left because of Saddam, a GOOD MOVE cuz he prolly woulda got his ass smoked. His wife was about to give birth any minute and he, having NOT HEARD A WORD from his family in MONTHS was OUTTA HERE. By the time he returned Ari was 6 weeks old.

Talk about a punishment not fitting the crime. How do you "steal" wood? Isn't it just lying around from buildings we blew up? That's looting?

Is there a chance the clip is fake? I just cannot comprehend that commanders in the field have given the okay for the soldiers to do what they did, or that the soldiers themselves would destroy the car with as much glee as they did.

An American soldier shot and killed a rare Bengal tiger in Baghdad zoo during an apparently drunken party, the head of the zoo said on Saturday.

"The soldiers arrived in the evening with food and beer, accompanied by a group of Iraqi police officers," Adel Salman Musa said of the incident on Thursday night.

"One of the soldiers, who the Iraqi police said had drunk a lot, went into the cage against the advice of his colleagues and tried to feed the animal, who severely hurt his arm," he explained to AFP.
