Poll question: Should the Democrats renounce Zell Miller?
Unfortunately they can't kick him out of the caucus or strip his party membership. So they should simply disown him. Issue a statement saying they couldn't care less what he says and hardly consider him part of the party. There is no gain to letting him hang around with him trashing Clarke now. Just let the stupid fucker know no one cares what he thinks.

5. It was, in a way, treason.
He's avocating a black and white position where our democracy clearly allows shades of grey. Miller needs to leave the Dem party.

2. I voted no.
Why bring attention to him? Everybody I talk to knows he's an asshole anyway. Why give him TV time?

3. I saw him the other day
on some news channel, made my blood boil. What a phony, he should just come out of the closet and change the D next to his name to an R. There are no "democrats for Bush" that's an oxymoron.

4. I despise the son of a bitch
and I'm a Georgian who voted for him six times: four for Lieutenant Governor and two for Governor. There should be some mechanism for stripping him of Democratic Party membership. Or better yet, every Democrat he encounters should pointedly turn his or her back on ol' Zell, the slithering slimeball.

23. His nickname in Ga is Zig-Zag Zell
He only cares about one thing and that's himself. He goes which ever way the wind is blowing. Was a progressive moderate Governor; now is an ultra-conservative Bush supporter hoping to feather his own nest when he retires. Watch how many corporate boards he gets on when he retires.

6. No.
No. Don't give him any attention, and maybe he'll just fade away.

8. All enemies of the party should be renounced by the party
especially 'ol Benedict. Nothing like having a knife in your back(and Zell is a knife in the back of the Democratic party).

11. Zell is not at all like Joe Lieberman
Zell is a lone conservative DINO. He supports a corrupt nationalist regime. Zell can go to hell.

Joe is a conservative Democrat who represents other conservative Democrats(they do exist). He supports John Kerry.
We need Joe's people on our side. The stickler is that we also need Nader's people and Greens and the anti-war bunch as well.

Other than Zell, we need some unity. But what do I know? I'm not a Democrat!

W H A T A J E R K!!!!!!!!!!

Why haven't HIS credentials been yanked yet!!? Geez, I just wanted to reach through the screen and throttle the miserable old troll!

He got so riled up that he started in with a VERY thick southern accent as he ranted onwards........thought I saw a little lizard tongue dart out at least once. OMG.
..............

I just posted these lines in another forum: did a copy/paste here.

17. He definitely
Needs to have his credentials and his position as a Superdelegate revoked. He has no business at our convention. Not even if he carried a tray w/ canapes on it.

14. Zell is a presidential kiss-ass…
He voted with Clinton the majority of the time…
And he’s done the same with the twit….

Zell has no convictions other than which way the wind is blowing in Georgia…

He’s trusted by no one and probably has the smallest office in the back 40….he’s an insignificant entity who will be doing nothing more than sipping mint juleps and laughing all the way to the bank in the very near future….you give him more attention than he deserves….

18. No...
much as I hate him, it would make us look like hypocrites (the big tent thing) and the repukes would hammer us with it. I think it best to let the asshole fade away, just ignore him and show he is of no importance or concern. :boring:

which means to condemn openly or accuse formally such as in treason.

24. No-make clear the differences in opinion and why he is wrong
But he's an old man, and has been a democrat for a long time. He's wrong, but there is room to disagree and still be part of the party.

26. No, because Democrats are generous to their enemies.
Old Zell is going to retire (to devote private time to be a GOP Tart, I suppose). Let him fade into obscurity.
