What would you do?

Local democrated elected party leadership acts in an undemocratic fashion.

1. Don't participate in the primaries, Vote Democratic ticket in the general elections.

2. Run for party leadership positions to improve the process, risk being called traitorous by party insiders.

3. Join the green party where energized newcomers are welcomed.

I'm looking for thoughts and ideas. Our group chose number 2 and are being castigated by DFL insiders.

2. #2 been there done that

we have a conservative committee and a liberal dissident group, then the greens.

I'm a leftie; I booed our sherrif candidate when he supported busting more drug users to fill our uncrowded county jail.

Just don't hate on the greens! Let them build their party, while you fight for the same things within the dem party. The Greens might vote for YOU in the future. My local Greens will vote for me.
