I want an hour long, all-news daily show

There's more than enough news to make fun of. When I watch the daily show I usually find that I get upset that they didn't cover my favorite story of the day. Especially with the election coming up there would be a market for this

By the way, I totally agree with you! But that kind of brilliance is really hard work. They're not just making it up as they go along. Sure, I'd love more too, but for the moment, I'm happy with what we get. The big money's in network TV. But network would be the death of the show, IMO. So it's a real conundrum. I feel yer pain.

it wouldn't be all news. I would keep what they have but add another interview and extend the current interview longer than just 5 minutes.

7. It should be expanded to an hour.

I like all the parts, but because they are increasingly giving more time for interviews, they are losing other content and shortening the news. With news commentary, other jokes and host monologues, Field Pieces, Interviews, and sketches, they have way too much content for a half hour.
