Most ridiculous thing EVER from a Republican
I'm driving to NC State for class and work, and I'm listening to the local sports station. A commercial for one of the Republican candidates for NC's governor came on. The man, former congressman Bill Cobey I believe, was blasting a corporation for outsourcing, and blasting the Dem currently in office for providing corporate welfare. A REPUBLICAN TALKING ABOUT CORPORATE WELFARE. I've repeatedly been told by the right that corporate welfare is mythical, and here comes this right winger supported by the Jesse Helms political machine bitching about it. I nearly hit the person in front of me when he said this...

2. He Might be Hypocricital
or he might be on the right side of this issue. True believers in free enterprise are against corporate welfare. There are as many variations within the GOP as there are on this side of the fence.

cobey makes it a point to suck up to bush, ie "bush thinks this and so do i"

i really enjoy how it is made to come across as a "radio show" and not an advertisement.
