Recall In Florida Jeb is history!
If it starts in one state where will it stop? How many states have a recall law on the books? Can we have Recalls on Judges and Justasses? Howz about department heads and cabinet members?

I honestly think if we could force a recall in Florida that Pee Wee Herman could topple Jebco! Afterall it's got to be a movie star at least right?

3. You could remind the SCOTUS of retirement pergatory.
I mean - if three retire in short order then chances are they'll move to Florida and Jeb would be their governor. Such horrible implications might jar them into doing something.

5. One CAN impeach Supreme Court Justices . . . it's not just for
Presidents.

I still don't know why the conservative justices are NOT getting impeached for the wholly bogus ruling that stopped the state mandated recount.

9. Not only that,
but SC Justices can be impeached for "bad behavior." I'm not sure what this means, but it is clear that the criteria for impeaching SC justices is far less stringent than that for impeaching the president.

7. My question is...if the recall goes through...
what prevents the next governor being recalled in a week? (or however long it takes)

R-Null will outlaw recalls! Has anyone read his Book 'My Struggle with a foreward by uncle Adolf! R-Null is like Bush's other jokes not really funny!
