Story on Iraqi boy who lost limbs (gets US Army hat for souviner)
Edited on Fri Aug-08-03 01:35 AM by nu_duer
Found this at whatreallyhappened, and searched before posting here - apologies if a dupe.

Our country destroyed his body (and who can imagine the mental anquish), murdered his parents and wreaked havoc and misery across his country with our freedom bombs. Now, as he leaves for London to get his spiffy new arms, he's provided a super US ARMY HAT as a "souvineer"!!!???

This turns my stomach and makes me angry at same time. How the war crminals can sleep at night is beyond me.

<snip>
An Iraqi boy who lost his parents and arms in the war that toppled Saddam Hussein's regime left Kuwait for Britain on Thursday, with a U.S. army hat as a souvenir and pledges from Kuwait's government to pay for his treatment until he reaches adulthood.

4. he was liberated
According to my TV he would be worse off if we had not blown his limbs, and family into a red mist... because Saddam is an evil, evil man.
