Poll question: Bad polling numbers for Bush - what should he do?

One poll says that Bush would only beat the Democratic nominee by five points. Another indicates that roughly two-thirds of Americans would choose to have the tax cuts repealed if it meant better health coverage. Yet another poll says a majority of Americans are dissatisfied with where their country is going. And, of course, Bush’s approval rating hasn’t been this low in nearly two years!

With all this polling looking bad, what should Bush do?

he will come back from his august "working" vacation, screaming, we need to attack Iran or Syria. That would be a good poll to take.

7. Strangely Enough,

he might actually try to do a good job and manage the country and the economy for the benefit of everyone. Not that I think that will happen. But I think it could get Bush re-elected.
