Anybody can be in the recall election as long as you have, what? $3500 and gather less than a hundred signitures. Our friend Bill Clinton could use a job and what better than to be Governor of the biggest state in the country? There would be sniping about being a "carpetbegger" but so what? all Bill has to say is "Californians have always been good to me and I want to help them out." And you know what? he would be elected in a landslide especially with all the repukes running. Could you imagine Rove's face if Bill Clinton were elected Gov of California??

Of course this is not going to happen but if it did it would be hilarious and the GOP would have to contend with Clinton's on two coasts. :)

2. He isn't a resident of California
And thus he couldn't qualify for the ballot.
