I forget who it was. Their thread was quickly locked for being too short under the temp rules and I don't feel like looking for it.

9 M mp3

Awesome speech. Made my day. I loved what he had to say about *'s policies. He again stated that he isn't running in '04, though he will endorse one of the nine who are.

Enjoy :-)

Here`s the transcript for anyone who still hasn't seen/heard/read it and has a really slow dialup connection.

4. Thank you thank you thank you.
Needed something to counter this idiocy from jr.*-

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2003/08/20030808-1.html
"THE PRESIDENT: I say it's pure politics.

Listen, thank you all. Have a beautiful day.

Q Do you want to say more than that?

THE PRESIDENT: No, it's just pure politics. We've got a lot of people running for President and it's pure politics. The American people know that we laid out the facts, we based the decision on sound intelligence and they also know we've only been there for a hundred days. And we're making progress. A free Iraq is necessary for a -- is an integral part of the war on terror. And as far as all this political noise, it's going to get worse as time goes on, and I fully understand that. And that's just the nature of democracy. Sometimes pure politics enters into the rhetoric."

and President Gore's speech will do just that, and very nicely.

Sound(byte) intelligence. 100 days = March 19 - August 8th??
Is our children learning? Not with this doofus squatting in our White House.
