I get conflicting reports. I doff my cap to the folks here to inform me and make it possible for me to make an informed decision about the man.

Maybe I'm too trusting. I'll go elsewhere to look it up but I was looking for the DU opinion. Geez!

Honestly, I don't know much about the guy... but I always turn to Wikipedia for all human knowledge.

"The General in His Labyrinth" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez -- terrific novel all about Bolivar.
