I swear to Christ I believe that half of the posts on this board are from Republicans. There is more snide half truths that cast doubt on the Democratic party here than there are on the Free Republic site on some days, and today seems to be one of them.

I posted here for a long time (1000+) before refusing to back down over a silly overblown PC issue, and then I was no more.

I came back in another guise months later (also after a big move), but since coming back I seldom post in GD, and stay away from such topics. Mostly I stick with lighter topics in the lounge because it isn't worth it.

If somebody now wants to heads-up the mods and get them to do some research and boot me, they are more than welcome to do so, but they will be illustrating my point, that the range of opinion allowed is too narrow and too PC, and the rules too rigid.
